Do you have cans of old paint taking up space in your garage or basement but don’t know what to do with it? Since paint and stains cannot be disposed of in the household trash, there are several drop-off spots in the metro area that will accept household paint for disposal. I have taken gallon-size and quart-size paint to the Guiry’s on Colorado Blvd. for no charge. I advise calling ahead, since they can fill up their acceptable limit for the month.
