The Garden Club of America is encouraging all members to take the Healthy Yard Pledge. The Pledge states that you agree to take care of your yard without synthetic pesticides, weed killers and fertilizers and work to improve habitat for native plants and wildlife. It also asks that you do not throw pharmaceuticals or chemicals down drains or toilets. By taking this pledge you are helping the community with healthier choices for our planet.
