Rosetta Elkin, 2017 Rome Prize in Landscape Architecture Fellow will speak on: “Plant Life, Slow Garden, and Hotter Ecology.” Rosetta is also the founder of the Innovative Practice Foundation, a 501(c)(3) that opens access and expands approaches to landscape design and stewardship through the Practice Grant awarded to individuals and groups committed to alternative practices.

**The Library Committee maintains the Library of The Garden Club of America, located at GCA Headquarters (the “Library Collection”), for the benefit of GCA clubs and their members, as well as for the public. Visits to the GCA Library are on an appointment-only basis. The Library Committee also oversees the GCA’s Rare Book Collection, which is located at The New York Botanical Garden’s Mertz Library (the “Rare Book Collection”). Visits to the Rare Book Collection may be arranged through the Library Committee. Both the Library Collection and the Rare Book Collection reflect the major mission and purpose of The Garden Club of America and its committees
