The Garden Club of America awarded more than $300,000 through its Scholarship and Fellowship Program. Sixty-five scholars in 2018 will research, study, educate and inspire thanks to the GCA. Lucky for us, 14 will be working in Zone XII.
At the University of Colorado, Denver, Kristen Birdshir will study with the GCA Board of Associates Centennial Pollinator Fellowship. On the Boulder CU campus, Julie Larson will use monies from the GCA Fellowship in Ecological Restoration for her research.
